Justin Hill is an international author whose award-winning work spans eras as distant from one another as modern China in 'The Drink and Dream Teahouse', eleventh century Europe in 'Viking Fire' and Eritrea, East Africa in 'Ciao Asmara'. His work has won numerous awards including the Geoffrey Faber Memorial Prize, the Somerset Maugham Award and a Betty Trask Award. His work has also been selected by the Sunday Times, The Times, The Independent, Telegraph on Sunday and Washington Post as their Books of the Year. In 2014 he was selected to write the sequel to the Oscar winning film, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.

Making History: Justin Hill to Share Writing Secrets at Hong Kong Book Fair

Acclaimed novelist Justin Hill says a sense of nostalgia combined with modern online tools are behind his critically acclaimed works. The Hong Kong-based English novelist recently spoke with the HKTDC about how he helps aspiring writers. Mr Hill will present a writers' workshop at the 18-24 July 2012 Hong Kong Book Fair.

Chained Pit-Fighter.

Justin entered the gaming industry at the age of 10, when he started playing Dungeons and Dragons. RuneQuest followed, and then Warhammer Fantasy and Warhammer 40,000.

Since then he has grown up in the hobby. and is a long-time IG player with a trophy cabinet full of painting and gaming awards. Highest placement was 2nd in the 2015 Hong Kong GT.
